The motive consists of a watercolor painting, which shows the two sides of MulanT, which could not be more different from each other. Thus, on the one hand she is depicted as an elegant geisha, on the other hand as a brave warrior. In the background are stylized flowers and landscapes. The name "MULAN" in English and Chinese is also included in the design. The reverse shows the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination and the year of issue. The DisneyT film adaptation MulanT is based on the Chinese folk ballad Hua Mulan. The film tells the story of a young, spirited woman who summons the courage to defy all societal expectations and instead go to war for her family and country against the Huns - knowing that doing so could have devastating consequences for her.
